Hi all
After many years of patiently waiting finally got my invite to shop and scan and my clickers has arrived :T
Got a couple of questions:
Is it just groceries they're interested in ie not my clothes, diy etc spending?
When you upload receipts I take it home shopping receipts are ok to upload too ie tesco.com, asda.com etc?
Do you all just generally scan your main shop or do you do all the top up shops too, ie loaf of bread, milk etc?
Sorry these are probably obvious questions to all pro's but want to make sure I get it right - I've waited so long to get on this panel lol.Massive thanks to all who contribute on the MSE forums, especially on grabbit and competition boards0 -
I have been a member of SHOP AND SCAN 5 years now and it is well worth joining. The only problem that I have had since they merged is that the CHRISTMAS BONUS that I have been awarded in that pasted I have not got for some reason.:mad:0

I joined this a couple of weeks ago and so far so good; got my first giftcard from them and they are very quick to put points on however I tend to do shopping in stages; a local shop, home, then the 'big shop', when I scanned in my local shop (with receipts) it credited my account but didn't for my big shop. Can I do lots of shops and still get points or will I only get points for one shop per week that has been scanned and submitted?0
-
Braintree, you get 1 allocation of points for however many shopping trips you complete during that week, i.e. last week I scanned the following shiopping trips: 01.03.11 - Asda; 03.03.11 - Asda; 04.03.11 - Asda and Co-Op. I scan the items on the day of purchase and then transmit the codes on Sunday, this gives me the 1100 points for that week. I also upload and transmit my receipts for the week which give me the additional 500 points for that week's shopping trips.
Hope that makes sense0 -
It does, thank you! Glad to know I haven't been missing out on points but I will scan everything from now on just in case!0

Help!!!! I've just got my clicker etc and am trying to transmit my first set of barcodes but each time I try the internet explorer page freezes on me and I have to restart the page. I've checked the active x security settings that they have on their help page, I've tried another pc, I've uninstalled and reinstalled driver etc. Help, I'm at my wits end how to do this.
Anyone any idea what I'm doing wrong. I'm running W7?
