My barcodes went through fine but I can't get past the login page for receipts!

Just got this error, they must be having issues

Does anyone know if there's another way to transmit barcodes other than using a laptop/desktop? Our computer is on its last legs and I don't want to replace it as its literally only used for sns. I have am iPad and iPhone, is there any way to use one of these instead?

Mine aren't added yet either but points from surveys which were previously e-mailed used to take around a week to be added.

Does anyone who does Food on the Go use the iPhone app? I didn't know there was one until today when I was on the App Store looking for something else. I downloaded it but it doesn't accept my username. When I clicked Help, I got a form to register my interest in the app.

Hopefully the app allows you to scan a barcode rather than typing in a tedious list of numbers

Fly catchers, I have just checked my shop 'n' scan account and no my points have not gone on yet.:eek:

Added today Now just need the 500 points for the receipt to be added after the delay from not being able to access the site.

Overall I have found Shop & Scan to be amongst the better survey/money making sites. Long may they continue!!

My points have also being added to my account and I hope that the surveys continue as well. I have being with Shop 'n' Scan for many years and never had a problem with them.:T

I still haven't got the 500 points for uploading my till receipts - which of course I did on Monday as the system was down. Anyone else received them?

I haven't received the points yet either.

I uploaded my receipts in the morning before receiving the email about the error on their system and thought maybe that had something to do with it but probably not.
