I thought all you had to do was ensure you scan before midnight each Sunday because that's what all their emails seem to suggest!

Yes, that is right. I have been a member for years and scan after each shop even if it is 1 item but so long as you scan by Sunday night in a Monday-Sunday week you are OK. They do seem to like you to scan something at the weekend however much you have uploaded during the week though. If you forget an email is generated Monday morning and if you respond quickly enough they allow the points for the previous week.
  • Christmas bonus points again.

Thank you for your continued help on our ShopandScan Panel.

    Merry Christmas!

We are aware that this is a busy time of year and it can be difficult to find the time to scan all of the extra shopping you are getting in for Christmas. As a thank you for the extra effort that you make we would like to give you triple points for Christmas!

Instead of the usual 1100 points you will receive 3300 points for each week that you transmit your barcodes over the Christmas period.

The triple points will be available for transmitting in the two weeks from Monday 16th December to Sunday 29th December.

This means that the weekly reward points paid on Monday 23rd December and Monday 30th December will be trebled

During this period you will still receive 500 points per week for uploading till receipts as usual.

Thank you for your help with our research, and Merry Christmas!

I scan each time I shop and then transmit my barcodes once per week, usually on Sunday, unless i'm going to be away then I will transmit the latest day I can before going away.

Same here, but check on Saturday just on the of chance you have won in the prize draw, last day for claiming every week is the Saturday

  • I had another food diary a week or so back. And got my usual £20 in all :) But at the end of the second week there was an extra survey I could complete on more specific details on food/drink. Did anyone else get that? I can't remember how much it offered to pay but nothing has been added to my account yet and S&S are pretty good in that area. Wished I had done a screenshot of it now!

I also did this - it said it was for an extra 3,000 points. I never got the points, and when I queried them, basically got told that the survey was part of the bonus 3,000 points now, not an additional thing. You could either opt to do it or not, but there was no extra reward!

Had a realised, I wouldn't have filled it in - it was worded as if the 3,000 points was on top of the bonus!
  • I also thought the wording meant it was 3,000 points on top of the usual points. Had I known there was no further points for completing the extra questions is have left them.

Out of interest, did anyone not complete the extra questions and still get the bonus points? Just wondering if these questions are now a condition for getting the bonus?

I understood that answering these questions would result in an extra 3000 points, either it was badly worded, or we have been conned.
  • I thought you got the extra points too. :(
