same here - ive emailed shop and scan to ask if this is a temporary issue or a permanent dropping of them from the rewards scheme.

There has been a few times Amazon vouchers have been off. I emailed them the first time. They said they had just run out, and would add them back when they had them in stock. And they did.

No that's Nielsen. A different company. This is Kantar.

Yes, just had confirmation that this is just a temporary issue with the amazon vouchers:

Unfortunately, the rewards team have run out of stock of Amazon e-codes.

They will be available again once they have reordered them.

I quite often get surveys for extra points, usually 500.

I have had them since I signed up to shop and scan a couple of years ago.

I have just had the email that they are changing the way you get the surveys, instead of them emailing them as usual, they are now available when you log in to shop and scan which is a pain as I need to remember to keep checking it.

I thought that initially but then I read on and towards the end of the email it says they will send an email whenever a new questionnaire becomes available.
