Is anyone still waiting for their food on the go points?. They are usually sent by now.

I'm still waiting for my points. I haven't had them for two weeks now. I have sent them a message so will post what they reply with.
  • Has anyone had any problems with the appointment for the Screenwise engineer?

The first appointment that was set the day before the engineer was supposed to come to set it all up got a call saying that he couldn't come because he was ill and they set up a new appointment.

The next day the engineer calls to ask why I am not at home. I tell him what Screenwise advised that he was ill, wouldn't be able to make it ect. Then I had another call from Screenwise asking me why I missed the appointment stating that I was ill (?). Then they rebooked another appointment for me saying that the second appointment that was made didn't exist?!

So now I have an appointment next week hopefully (it's taken over a month!). So much faffing around for just the appointment, I am wondering if they'd let me install the equipment myself?

Yes they definitely would. I just did it myself last night. Its so easy! Just call them and ask them to send you the equipment.
They even let me have it delivered to my work address.
  • just incase anyones shop n scan emails go into spam or anywhere it's triple points over christmas:
We are aware that this is a busy time of year and it can be difficult to find the time to scan all of the extra shopping you are getting in for Christmas. As a thank you for the extra effort that you make we would like to give you triple points for Christmas!

Instead of the usual 1100 points you will receive 3300 points for each week that you transmit your barcodes over the Christmas period.

The triple points will be available for transmitting in the two weeks from Monday 17th December to Sunday 30th December.

This means that the weekly reward points paid on Monday 24th December and Monday 31st December will be trebled
loves how my "I've been censored" signature has been censored. LOL. Happy Christmas. :xmastree:

    Hi,

I have just received my clicker and welcome pack through the post. I signed up last week after getting an invite from them in the post. I couldn't even remember signing up to that volunteer thing!

Anyway I decided after reading this thread that it was a good idea :-)

Just a newbie question really! Do I scan other things I buy that aren't food, such as clothes? I only ask because I bought clothes from matalan and primark, but those aren't on the store list. DO I just scan "other store"? Or do I not scan these at all?

    Thanks :D

I have only ever scanned supermarket shopping, you get the same amount of points whether you scan one shop or 10 shops so I only ever do one.

Similar to Sarah1972, I scan supermarket shopping plus toiletries, and household type items (e.g. kitchen towels, toilet rolls, air freshener) which I might buy from other shops like Boots, Superdrug, Poundstretcher, Wilkinson etc.

    Thank you!

So there is no minimum amount of items you need to scan in order for it to be classed as a "shop"? Only I've done my shopping for the week already lol. So perhaps will have to start next week! Unless I nip and get some fresh fruit milk, bread etc for over weekend.

You can buy just one item and that would be classsed/recorded as a 'shop' so no minimum spend/number of items.

Some weeks I don't buy much at all but just scan and transmit as normal with no problems.
