Mine haven't appeared on my statement either. Will leave it until after they add next weeks points to see if they appear before emailling them to ask.

I got two emails - one saying:

And another shortly after saying:
"Dear Kate,

I've checked and they're definitely showing up on my rewards statement! Perhaps it'll just take a while for them to get them updated on everyones account?

I am a member of shop and scan but as yet have not claimed any vouchers, could anyone tell me how long do you get before they expire (is it the standard 2 years like the ones you buy in store)? I'm not sure whether to get some sent now or whether to wait until I want to buy something so they don't expire.

the ones I have ordered so far have been 2 years expiry.

I worry about companies going bust and losing hard earned vouchers/cashback etc, so I tend to cash in very quickly for them.

but seeing how huge Kantar is and how long they have been going, I think you could just wait until you want to buy something and order vouchers then.

Has anyone else had a recorded phone call from Shop & Scan? I had one this morning and as I heard "This is an automated message..." I put the phone down but just caught them saying "from Shop & Scan". I don't think I've had one before - anyone know what it might be?

I had one of those while I was away over Christmas that went onto the answer machine, but the beginning was missing! I don't think it's anything to worry about (I hope!)
