You are supposed to receive 10,000 points for registering. Call them if you haven't received them yet, have you checked your account?

They are happy to receive barcodes for all your shopping, and they are particularly interested in certain retailer/supermarkets. These have an asterix next to the name, meaning they would like you to upload your receipt for this shop.

There is a barcode to scan for OTHER Retailers, ie corner shops, etc.

You can cash out 10,000 points for a £10 voucher.

yes, you only need to scan the receipts for the retailers/supermarkets with the star next to them in the book. They want the barcodes for the other retailers/supermarkets if you have shopped there, but particular interest in receipts for * ones.

    Yes £10 = 10,000 points.

sorry am not well and keep getting mixed up with my numbers!

    edited previous post. :o 10,000 points for a £10 vouchers. not 1000.:o

I am totally confused reading through this thread. Is the food diary part of the shop and scan? I already do shop and scan but not sure what the food diary involves.

Food diary is not part of shop and scan but it is done by the same company. You have to fill in an A4 booklet for 2 weeks and record every meal you and anyone else in your family have each in the two weeks. It is rather time consuming to do but you get £15 in vouchers for it and you have to complete the diary 4 times a year.

Do I contact shop and scan or do I have to wait for them to contact me? Wouldn't mind doing this.
