triple points for Christmas!Instead of the usual 1100 points you will receive 3300 points for each week that you transmit your barcodes over the Christmas period.
The triple points will be available for transmitting in the two weeks from Monday 19th December to Sunday January 1st.
This means that the weekly reward points paid on Monday 26th December and Monday 2nd January will be trebled

can anyone tell me when they apply the triple points cause i just looked at my account and they have added the usual. 1100 and 500 points

Hi! I've just received my usual points which is 1100 and 500. I am just writing a letter to them about it...:( Not happy.

i havent got any bonus points either, I am assuming its just a computer glitch and they will sort it out when they are back to work on wed, they are usually quite good

If I remember from the last few years the extra points are added about the middle of January.

I think we were very lucky to have received our points on Boxing Day for transmission of barcodes and till receipts, and Food on the Go points today! TNS/Kantar are so good, I'm not at all bothered that I've received 1100 points instead of the triple points because I know they'll be sorted out once they're back at work properly. A company that you can definitely trust and rely on!

Wonder if they have considered an iPhone app.
Scan all the items, photograph your till receipts and upload.
That would save some time.
You could scan as you shop and geo tag the store location and the time and date of your shop. It would tell them how long you spent at the store etc.....
They could then use you to scan certain items you didn't buy for reasons they could ask for whilst actually shopping.

Might email them with that one!

I was hoping the points would go on straight away as i am 200 points away from £10 to go with the £50 i already have. i have seen a camera in currys i want.

email sent from them this afternoon:-
"Due to a technical problem the treble Christmas bonus points were not given for last week’s transmissions, instead the usual 1,100 weekly shopping trip download points were added on 26th December 2011.
We apologise for this error and have now added the remaining 2,200 points to your rewards account."
I have just checked my account and still not there, hopefully tomorrow!
