What do the survey emails look like when you receive them and who are they sent by?

I've been doing SNS for a few months now and not had a single survey yet, I'm worried I might be missing them if I'm mistaking them for junk mail!

Hi all

Received my scanner etc about a week ago so just about to transmit my barcodes for the first time. However I've made a boo boo as I read the book wrong, I've scanned all my shopping but forgot to scan the who shopped/where/how much spent barcodes first. Does anyone know if I can just scan these at the end or do they have to be done before scanning any shopping?

I quite often forget and scan all the shopping and then scan where and how much I spent ! Not had any problems and always get my points so it must be fine to do it that way.

I have been doing shop and scan for a few years now. I recently moved, and I did let them know. But unfortunately I was getting an error every time I tried to upload my barcodes. I called them and they couldn't sort it, but they arranged for an 'expert' to call me back the next day, after I got home from work. She took over my pc (with my permission) but couldn't sort it. We tried it with me using about 4 different usb ports, just in case. Then she asked if any of my other leads would fit the clicker. Luckily one did, and hey presto, it worked! She got a new lead sent out for me, but that didn't work. But the lead I already had still works! (not sure what it was originally for, but its white, and I know they have only sent black ones!
She was really friendly, and while we were chatting, I mentioned how much I hate IE, and she asked what browser I prefer, so I said Chrome. She downloaded an extension and installed it for me, and now as soon as I go to the shop and scan site, it opens an IE tab on my chrome!

I also do webview - don't even notice it there, and a couple of months ago I won £100 worth of points for using webview! Exchanged for amazon vouchers and did a whole lot of my xmas shopping!!!
