thanks for posting, please post more and keep us updated....just worried here in the uk with all the senseless riots and the footsie sinking...not good news, but that often happens in august - always a funny month.....so glad things are working out for you though
  • We want to know more, tell us about the nice lovely place that you are living now (nothing but misery here at the moment!).

Hope you have settled into the lifestyle there (and of course being debt free) :D

Hi mrscmr - nice to hear from you, glad you are all OK.

Rioting bad here shops at the end of my road obviously expecting trouble as they all shut earlier and a few shops up the road (Sainsburys and some others were done over today).

Otherwise all OK, I am now an Auntie as my brother and sil had a baby girl 4 weeks ago, I've waited years to be an Auntie.

shame on me... i actually forgot i had a diary :(
its been a year since our big move.
kids are settled, we're actually doing better than ok!
although its a cloudy day today, mostly the sun shines :)

i often thing of the times we went through and the struggle and it brings me back to earth. my hubby has a tendency to forget how we fought and nearly lost everything... so its my job to remind him. we shop carefully [lidly] and own brands, we pay for everything - no debt - we have savings! omg!

and touch wood - long may it continue :) xx

    Hi mrscmr

It is so lovely to hear that you are all doing OK, I am so glad your boys are doing so well too, my boyfriends two nephews moved to Italy and are getting on really well at school too.

Hope you keep up your diary even if only once every couple of months it is so nice to hear that everything is going so well for you.

    Bye for now
