Sheesh that is one busy day taxi! I really hope you get to put your feet up on Wednesday.

On the plus side - think of all those steps you are getting in with the walking!

    Hi Taxi
sounds like you have had an exhausting day. Think you definately deserve a chinese after all that effort.
Have you gone into hibernation mode yet???:D :D

PS My job is mainly office based so not much physical stuff.I am a manager in sheltered housing and live on site.Still trying to decide whether that will be a good or bad thing when i am recovering:confused: depends if my oldies leave me in peace or keep trying to "help". might even move to mums for a week or two to ensure some peace:rolleyes: .

Hi sophiesmum...wish i could hibernate...but can't until at least wednesday...
Tommorrows list pits at 9am...then down to the council to get licence...then to office to put in paperwork for new cab...then to bank....then dentist...followed by trip to insurance to return old insurance certificate...then vauxhall to pick up a part ordered last week ...then both cars need filling....then peace...
We enjoyed the chinese but way too much...I think it will be a good idea to go to your mums afterwards at least for a week but if you are on the sick surely they will send somebody else in to look after the oldies!!!

OMG How on earth did you ever find time to go to work with all this other stuff you have to fit in and sometimes having DGS too.Another busy day for you tomorrow.

Re the oldies - yes they will put in a relief a few hours a week, and mine are usually quite good but will probably have a stream of well wishers at the door just wanting to chat for 5 minutes/see how I am etc. Trouble is I have almost 60 flats here:eek:, and all of them will want to have the latest gossip about my recovery:rotfl: Might just stick a daily bulletin on door and refuse to answer at all:D

Taxi, how on earth do you manage to get everything done when you are working? It seems like a full time job just keeping on top of the admin.

Hope you're feeling better and gradually building your strength up.
