Thanks Hypno..about the driving I'm just going to try it on the car park and if it hurts I will leave it another couple of weeks as I certainly don't want to do myself an injury!!!...I'm really chuffed about the CC ..as I think I'll be rid of it in a couple of weeks...it also looks that I've shaved a bit of the O/D all being well..that gets reported now on 25th of the month as it's up and down like a yo-yo all month...as DDs are all different days of the month...LOL...
Never mind I'll be organised one day..0 -
Not wanting you to get ahead of yourself, but will you be tackling the overdraft or the sofa next?Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0

Unfortunately the sofa will be going on the O/d!!!...whilst also throwing about £400 p/m to the Barclays CC!!
Or I can let the vsofa run at £103p/m but this will then cost £646.80 in total...
Don't know what to do...
What do you suggest...please0 -
Have you put it into the snowball calculator to see what that comes up with?Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0

Hi Hypno ...it was meant to say £3646.80!!....I haven't tried the snowball thingy...my o/d is 15.9% the sofa 29.9%...0
-
slight difference then!!
Put the sofa on the OD to avoid the huge charges, then bung as much as you can to the overdraft. You may as well make the most of the 0% barclaycard as you have it, there is no point in overpaying the barclaycard while you have a huge 15.9% overdraft is there (or am I missing something glaringly obvious?).Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. Thanks for that Hypno...that's probably the best option....I'll put it on the O/D and clear that as soon as possible....as long as I clear the Barclaycard before the 0% ends..0

Remember you have 14 months on the barclaycard before interest is added, so gives you plenty of time to get higher interest stuff paid off/reduced.
Anyway, got to get rid of the Halifax card first!!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
That's so true Hypno...Halifax card ...hope fully 2-3 weeks...
Plus I'll be able to pay more off when I go back to work ...so will maybe be able to get rid of the lot of them within 12 months...0 -
Are you sure you don't want one or two of mine
