After discovering Henry had a filter, lol, I gently hand washed it and then decided to chuck it in the WM at 30* on a daily wash. Came out fine and is now sitting in the sun drying off.

It has?!?!? Where did you find that info :p ... glad it is looking nice
piggers remember to pack some extra nibbles for yourself - remember what happened before - you were starving - cant have that happening again:eek:

    Nibbles?!!! Are you kidding?

I have frozen egg fried rice, tins of soup, cup-a-soups, my own ham!! (they buy smoked and I don't like it.. it repeats!) biscuits.. they NEVER have biscuits! and satsumas, I may end up with a pizza or 3 as well yet.. I thought about fish fingers and sausages but I don't know where the grill is.. or if they have one.. and I fully intend scrubbing out their microwave before cooking my rice.. it looks like it has never been cleaned!

It feels VERY childish but I have pretty much given up caring!

    could NOT decide

Part of the Furniture 1,000 Posts Photogenic I've been Money Tipped!
Why do some little jobs take longer than you think? :( I've done the majority of the hand stitching (need to find the leggings belonging to DD which need repairing - they're somewhere in the ironing pile) and ironed DDs Brownie uniform and the rest is sitting there laughing at me. I'll do some/all of it when I get back from picking DD up in about 10 min. ;)

    This week:
    Colour my hair
    Dye DD's jeans
Write Toots list  - this weeks one is posted below, going to do a long term one as well
    Ironing until its gone
Deal with @pproved f00d order when it arrives

    Wed
    -
    Thur - Put order in
Fri - Take DD to her dads?
Sat/Sun - depends on DD going away or not.

    Toots list:
    • Computer based:
      1. Sync phone (sort out music on it so I don't have multiple versions of the same song!)
      2. Copy CD cover for DDs exam cd so she knows what track is which
      3. Change SO online for rent
      4. Update SO/DD on finance spreadsheet & update purchases
    • Kitchen
      1. De-mold ceiling - we'll be getting a new roof soon now the workman knows that I was right, the mold on the ceiling in the kitchen does correspond to the bald /cracked patches on the flat felt roof ;):D
      2. Clean out undersink cupboard
      3. Inventory food/cleaning supplies
      4. Try making a cake in the BM
    • Livingroom
      1. Shorten both pairs of curtains
      2. Clean the floor (including the hall) properly
      3. Clean rug
      4. Put down/patch together new anti-slip mats (I'm sick of the rug travelling as its bigger than my old one so the non-slip mat under it isn't big enough)
    • Bathroom
      1. Scrub floor properly
      2. Empty/replace de-humidifier
    • Bedrooms
      1. Sort through L's clothes and get rid of worn/too small stuff while she's not here to stop me ;)
      2. Clear out under my bed, sort & replace :o
    • Sewing jobs:
      1. DD's trousers x 5 (putting elastic on the inside of the waist band to bring them in - she's tall, hippy and thin so they all gape at the back which is highly embarrasing for her when she sits down. :()
      2. Leggings - stitch seam
      3. Top - shorten straps
      4. Curtains x 2
    • Outside
      1. Clean windows
      2. Sweep front (fix brush first - head keeps coming off it )
      3. Weed/clear flowerbeds (cutting back tulips etc which have now gone yellow) - done 15 min out there and made some progress :D
    • Work
      1. Accounts - sort out breakdown
      2. Tax return - read letter properly & register
      3. Check orders
      4. Check for any returns
      5. Fliers for new books (check addresses)
      6. Make contact cards for all customers so I have their details to hand
      7. Put contacts into phone (so I know who is texting me ;))
      8. Organise Calender (marking on dates and trying to work out a timetable to maximise my income ;))
    • Paperwork
      1. Tax credits renewal form
      2. Phone up about BTWB evidence - I'd rather not post them 4 x 8 sheets of paper as evidence if I can send less:eek:
      3. Filing

Monday - Kitchen and dining room
    Level One
    Level Two
    Wipe and replace small appliances
    Wash windows
    Level Three
Wipe the table and chairs... clean cloth if necessary
    Mop the floor
    Degunge the fridge!

    Extras
    1. Thoroughly clean the cupboard under the sink!
    2. Run the WM through a clean cycle
    Tuesday - Bathroom and study!!
    Level One

    Level Two
    Vacuum floors
    Level Three
Scrub the bath, basins and loos
    Scrub down the tiles
    Wash any bath mats
    Extras
    1. Clean the windows and mirrors
    2. defrag the pc
Time to go and collect DD then I can put my pjs on, and make a start on the ironing! ;)
Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.
Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!
