Gave the bathroom a good going over. After ignoring the loo for a while I decided the seat had to go. It is wooden and been split underneath for ages which meant it needed a really good scrub, but now has two and the thought of all that wee impregnating the wood was to much to bear so sent hubby out to buy a new one.
Kids jobs later..

Afternoon all
Just spent a few hours with one of my closest friends who has had some worrying health news and is awaiting a brain scan. Flying is falling into the oh so not important category again.
Mumto5 healing vibes for your nephewThe birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
getting fed up of all the cooking and cleaning at the moment. I just think back to how little I did when I worked full time pre-kids - 2 hours on a saturday and keeping up with the washing up each night seemed to do it all. Its lovely to be at home with the kids 5 days out of 7 but being in the house seems to make so much work! Off to mop the floor and get out tea started before we're out to the dentists - hope the kids don't freak out this time........0
