Morning all. Not a good night, eldest awake most of the night and we have to keep a very close eye on him.
Anyway....
No study for us, but a (non working) computer in the lounge. The desk attracts all the paperwork so that's on the agenda for today.
I washed the Bath Mat yesterday and defragged the PC, though it does it automatically every week anyway.
My vacuum cleaner (Henry) was emptied recently and no filters to wash.
I've just put towels on to dry that I washed overnight. Hubby has started on the desk of doom and after some breakfast I'll get going in the bathroom.
Going to make fish pie for dinner so will have to make sure I start preparing it in time.
Have a good day all.

Yes there is.. there is a large white (GREY) one which sits inside and separates the muck from the motor.. And the brushes and hose need a scrub

2 hours to get to work - and a mini rant - is my BRIGHT BLUE car actually completely invisible? Some idiot pulled put of a petrol station without looking and literally missed me by millimetres, and would have hit me if I hadnt already started to break as I saw him coming fast and thought "hmm, I wonder if he's seen me.... NO HE HASN'T ARREFGGHHH".
I think I keep taking my car out without removing the invisibilty cloak!! Or are there just a lot of idiots on the roads (on mobile phones, usually )
I have run the DW on clean cycle (need to de-gunge filter ), walked dog (lovely day!), and deleted emails. I have to go to town to get DDs birthday present & do a food shop. I must also pay for my car service & Mot that was done last week, before they send the boys round!!

Oh, and for those thinking of paint, you can now get magnetic paint - was thinking of doing an entire kitchen wall, then I could use it as a gigantic notice board. You can even cover it in blackboard paint to create a magnetic blackboard on the wall. Apologies if everyone else already knew about these wonderful things...

Getting married 19th August 2011 to a lovely, lovely man :-)0 -
magicgirl We just got a new sofa cos our cats wrecked the last one - so I know how you feel. I spoke to the vet and they told us to buy Feliway spray (be warned - it's not cheap ) but you spray the couch and they don't bother with it. When it wears of they go near it and you just spray it again. We've only had to do it a couple of times and they don't bother with it at all now, and it saves having to replace the couch every couple of years
mamaninie We were told not to use the plug in one cos it doesn't really work - when you use the spray you can spray the specific areas that they go to.
skintscotslass You would think if they can invent paint like that they could invent something that repels dust from surfaces :rotfl:
ab7167 Like the sound of the magnetic paint.
I'll sort my list at lunchtime so I can get organised for when I get home tonight0
