i'm surprised that a newly renovated place has gone through that agency though, I am familiar with them as they are based in my original hometown (I only moved to the next town 2 years ago :rotfl:) surely a developers profit would be eroded by the discounts a quick sale agency would sell atWho remembers when X Factor was just Roman suncream?0 -
