This house almost looks like it has a telephone box in the front garden. But a check on Google Streetview points out that the front garden is an irregular shape.

Still...not sure if I want strangers arranging drug deals 2 metres away from my living room window.

Whatever it is, it's not a hole. The object overlaps the architrave around the loft access door.

I'm fairly sure that I saw that on an episode of Homes Under the Hammer recently, when off work sick! If it is the same place, it has no potential - planning refused for any alterations at all.

The description speaks volumes: 'Loft Space' means it's been botched up as a room on the cheap with no buildings regs or PP.

I'm not sure what the thing on the wall is, but is that foil around the wondow??
