OMG That "mezzanine level" looks horribly flimsy and unsafe! The ladder is real scary.
Looks like the mezzanine is only supported on 2x1 wood, braced on the bottom by that weird platform. No surveyor in right mind would say that's OK? Surely?0 -

Agreed. And is the "kitchenette" simply the sink in the corner?!
Still, it'll suit somebody0 -
a few little gems I have found in my recent search of the Glasgow market. I won't moan too much about how many places are advertised as 3 bedroom, only to discover the third bedroom is currently used as the dining room having found this one
which is the second bedroom? http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-19000233.html
then we have this one which looks lovely until picture 5 http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-34103681.html
this one originally I did wonder about the bathroom - but it's original I'll give them that much http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-16182621.html
I did have another one which is really good with layout - but I can't find it right now
I can't see what is wrong much with pic 5 on the second property? it is a little bit more untidy - but I like blue
And I just love the bathroom in the third one - love the vintage look!BSC #215/No.1 Jan 09 Club0 -
So can anyone explain why they have included photo 5 in these particulars:

It looks like the box containing the soil stack!
Especially when they call it a double bedroom!marlasinger0 -

Having a mooch at my old stomping ground to kill some time and found these:
Picture 2 - http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-30107549.html - in these ever energy concsious times, monitor your energy usage easily while relaxing in your lounge - no need for any modern fancy gadgets to do so
Picture 8 - http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-29043991.html - is that a cat stapled to the wall under the clingfilm window surround in the sauna themed bedroom?
Picture 8 - http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-29186158.html - who wouldn't want a bathroom like this one?
Picture 2 - http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-18923433.html?premiumA=true - property viewers beware - shut the gate or pay a fine - I love this sign.0 -

I can't see anything but a squashed cat now you've said that !"Science is a wonderful thing if one does not have to earn one's living at it" Einstein 19510 -

I wouldn't mind it!In fact, if I bought it the first thing I would want to do is not rip out the suite but slap some white paint on the sauna-esque woodwork.
I wish the decent condition terraced houses in my area were c.£80k like they are in Bolton.Generation Rent0
