OMG That "mezzanine level" looks horribly flimsy and unsafe! :eek: The ladder is real scary. :eek: :eek: :eek:

Looks like the mezzanine is only supported on 2x1 wood, braced on the bottom by that weird platform. No surveyor in right mind would say that's OK? Surely?

I can't see what is wrong much with pic 5 on the second property? it is a little bit more untidy - but I like blue

I wouldn't mind it! In fact, if I bought it the first thing I would want to do is not rip out the suite but slap some white paint on the sauna-esque woodwork.

I wish the decent condition terraced houses in my area were c.£80k like they are in Bolton.
