Where a cooker looks like that, the top part would typically be the grill, on a posh model it might even be a rotisserie (for chickens). But usually, it's a grill.Is that a microwave as part of the freestanding cooker unit? Despite the horrible mess, it looks like an interesting piece of design. :cool: Is there a grill?0 -

But it is a grill. You open the door and the grill tray goes in, but the grill tray handle sticks out too. That's how they were/are....if you were grilling you'd have to leave the door open and it's not a drop down one like most cookers. You'd risk getting a whack in the face if you left it open.

I've seen eye level grills but never one with a door.
