Sorry to hear you've been feeling blue. Hope you are better today. The media studies course will be interesting - sounds like something you could really throw yourself into and have fun with. Let's hope the timings are right so that you can do it.

hey double d ... just reading and wanted to add ... you are doing well with your studying ... i'm glad your enjoying it as well ... also fantastic on the getting fit and losing weight ... thats something i cant seem to get a grip on at all and it frustrates me no end ...

have you seen a counsellor at all? i'm just wondering if a counsellor would help you get mentally and emotionally past what ever is making you feel down at times ... this place can be good to chat about things (if you think that may help) but please be aware there can be trolls on here and i owuldnt want you to become even more hurt

    good luck with it all

Hi elantan and thanks for taking the tie and thought to write to me, it is always apreciated. In reguards to a counsellor I saw them since i was like 6-13 years of age and it never seems to do any good coming from a "profetional" if you know what I mean. Also what do you mean by trolls?

sorry to hear it has been no good for you... that happens sometimes ... trolls are generally people that go to online forums and cause trouble stirring things and hurting people ... i just wanted to let you know that it happens ... we are genereally a fantastic bunch here .. but occasionally some people do come on and cause trouble .... it may help you to talk on here that is up to you to decide.... i just wanted to warn you thats all ... this is a public forum

elantan, thanks once again for claryfing that for me and I get the gist as i played an online game for a number of years and we call them griefers, amounts to the same thing me thinks.I had to physicaly drag myself for a walk this morning as I have been rather disponndant and low.Sat around watching numerouse films.Tryed despartly to put pen to paper but just had no lust for it at all.All in all could have been worse.
