So here we go, thought I would give this a try and see how it goes.....
On the 10th I have got my english exam, its nothing fancy just my lvl 2 life skills course that I have been doing. This to help get back on track with my education, Im 33 and went to a borstil in Jersey and wasnt allowed to do G.C.S.E's (realy didnt have an education at all to be honest)
I am thinking about doing a BTECH as well, although I am struggling to work what and were at present, and still finding it a daunting prosspect to say the least.
As of Monday I will be up at 6 in the morning every morning to go running and do my sit ups and push ups. This is to lose weight and to tone up.Yes I have issues with my appearance.
Currently I weigh in at 14st 3lbs, Im 6ft and I dont know what my "ideal" weight is ment to be, I am going to aim for 12st 7lb's as I havent been lighter than this since I was 15.I am going to make servear changes to my diet and probably reduce what I intake to the barest that I can survive on to achive this and achive this I damn well will, as it seems in my current guise I am servealy unattractive to the oposing gender. (I also need to do this to get some self confidence)

Welcome DDpimp! I think it's brill that you are studying - it's never too late and can be very satisfying! Good luck for the exam. Do you have someone to help advise on the BTEC and which course would be best for you? Do you want to do it to help get work, and if so what sort of work do you want to do?
Keep posting here - it's a great motivator for all sorts of things."Green pastures are before me,

I'd love to be a good example - instead, I am a horrible warning.0 -
Thanks Word. Its not work related to be honest its more about getting it for me. No I don't have any one helping me with finding the right BTEC, but I intend to do something I find interesting and enjoy, otherwise what would be the point?I would only be studying and learning towards a career that I would have no passion for.I haveto get my backside in gear, as in looking at enrolment dates.I did apply for one at a colledge near me but was told it was discontinued. In Blackest Day,

I'm guessing the BTEC would really depend on what you want to do now, and whether you'd want to take it further in the future.
Getting into the exercise is always a help, especially if it'll help your self esteem and how you feel about yourself. It's always good to be a bit more confident and I'm sure it'll get better as you get more into it/lose weight/tone up/whatever the reason for doing it is. Don't be disheartened if you have to take it easy for a few days after starting, exercise is always like that. Ok so havent been here for a couple of days as I have been sorting things out in RLF,
SO 1, passed my english exam with a 87.5% pass rate, damn impressed with myself on that one.
2, passed my mathes exam, not as high a pass rate as my english even though mathes is the stronger subject for me.Anyway thing is Iv passed.
3.As of the 9th of this month I quit smoking, Yes I still want them but the running and exercise is helping me more than just trying to will power through it.Have had to lay of the running for a week or so due to the fact that I have only the one pair of shoes and whilst running this morning they started to tare.So Im pritty gutted about that. Will just have to up the push ups and sit ups and try to componsate.
4, The diet has been going amazingly well, but I knew it would as I have that inner strength and always have had.
Regards to the BTEC yes I will deffo be taking it further as I have been biten by the education bug now and I am surprising myself at every turn.In Blackest Day,
