they are not forceful,. if you call stupid letters that make worthless threats and donkeys whom knock on the door pretending to be bayliffs then you are one sad individiual. As for the i.Q. LEVEL your the numpty not me.
For them to catch me i suppose theyre going to send one of their imaginary vans around or break into my house as i watch tv. Get real unless they physically come into my house they cannot prove jack s**t. I can say I am viewing dvd's or videos from someone else.

As for the other laws, i do not break any. i work in finance but refuse to bullied like a communist estate just to watch tv, whoops i mean bbc

The spelling and standard of English together with yor pugnacious content confirm what I said about the I.Q of law breakers; irrespective of them "working in finance" whatever that means.

If you hold a responsible position in the financial world, as opposed to just sweeping the floor of your local bank, you should already know what any type of criminal record would do to your future employment prospects, and it is just not worth risking your job for the cost of a licence fee.
As I said the average I.Q of law breakers is not very high.

come on people, its only the tv license. either get one or tell them you have one. ive bought tv's over the years, they only need a single call to update their records, but why bother when we can all ride this storm in the teacup.

As far as I'm concerned I should be able to walk into any shop I like and take whatever I want without paying.

    Sadly, the law doesn't agree.

Sooner or later they are going to catch up with you and then you are going to be in for a very nasty surprise. :D

I cant be bothered to dot my I's and use grammar, its a forum not an important letter. As for you spelling and standard of english it is hardly the best. I guess your I.Q. level means you work in a Morrisons or Tesco store.

A criminal record for not having a tv license would not effect my employment and if you were quite as intelligent as you make out there would be no requirement to disclose to any prospective employer a conviction for a tv license. Hardly murder or assault is it?

FACT. The only people that are caught are the idiots that let them into their homes and answer the door when football or coronation street is on.
As I have sent them a letter stating i withdraw all rights of implied access, they are not legally able to come on my property.
Therefore i look forward to getting caught because I am not sure how they are going to do it. Perhaps their mythical detector vans will catch me.

So basically you have told them you are avoiding paying your TV license.:T So they wont even bother waiting now and go straight for the court order to grant access.

If only you were as clever as you seem to think you are.

You really do talk some complete and utter nonsense, don't you?

"As I have sent them a letter stating i withdraw all rights of implied access, they are not legally able to come on my property."

Do you really think that writing a letter would make any difference?

If anyone does have a statutory right of entry you can write letters until you are blue in the face and it won't make a scrap of difference.

If they don't, then they don't have any less because you wrote them some stupid letter.

Therefore i look forward to getting caught because I am not sure how they are going to do it. Perhaps their mythical detector vans will catch me.

I'm sure we all join you in looking forward to that. :D

And given you abysmal understanding of the law I'm sure it's going to happen at some stage. ;)

    :rotfl:

I'm sure it was received. It may well have been acknowledged.

That in no way implies that it will have any effect whatsoever. ;)
