    Is there anything I'm missing?
    £45.45 TCB cashback?

And don't forget to cancel 'extras'.

Can I keep my current number if I go through the cashback site?

You can keep it whatever way you use.
Normally you cannot port it directly within the same network, but AFAIK 02 is an exception.

    It's not a dealbreaker if they won't.

I think my first call will be to o2 upgrades to see if they will match it, if not, the Dial a Phone might get my business.

    Thanks for your help, Grumbler.

Well, I just spoke to o2 upgrades and was told they'd never had the Desire HD and would never have it because it hadn't passed the o2 testing process [/quote]

    Dial-A-Phone it is then!

That's out of order...I hate it when one department tells you one thing, and it's blatant lies.
Sorry for the wrong information - but now i'm going to have to rethink my plans...bloody O2!!!:mad::mad:

That's very odd. I spoke to Claire at o2 on their 0800 number. She definitely said it wasn't available.

You are asking for the Desire HD and not the ordinary Desire?

o2 don't do the Desire HD full stop.

It's hard for me to work out whether it's cheaper to pay £350 ish for the handset and stay on my SIM only £15 a month deal, or pay more for a contract.

Is there a formula I can use?

o2's upgrade deal gives you the 18 month price but you only have to sign up for 12 months.

Is this the case for all their phones? I am on a sim only deal with an iphone, but want to upgrade, I supose iphone contracts are not 12 months, or are they?
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast
