LOVEFiLM Free Voucher - Anybody else not received theirs after 30 days?

I had the letter this week for the free £20 Amazon voucher. I have just telephoned to query it and I was told I have to have 10 titles to qualify. So to get the free voucher I need to spend £18 !!Loved our trip to the West Coast USA. Death Valley is the place to go!0 -

i think you may find that's '10 titles in your wishlist' not had to receive 10 titleshelpful tips

I had a lovely letter from Lovefilm offering me a £20 Amazon voucher if i signed up. After reading this thread, I think I won't bother ....0

So what happens when the payment holiday comes to an end and a few months later they chase you for non-payment because you haven't cancelled the service???????0 -
There is also an 020 number for those with only a mobile. its on their cancellation page0

Got my voucher after 2 weeks without emailing them and cancelled before it renewed, online without a phone call, you just have to do it after midnight
They aren't scammers, thousands of people will have taken up this offer, you are the minority0 -
Have not received mine after 5 weeks now - mailed them on the 29th day to be told 'They would forward my details on to the relevent department as a matter of urgency and it would be with me as soon as possible' - Still nothing...
Mailed them again this morning - They said 'They have again forwarded my details on to the relevent department as a matter of ugency and as soon as they hear back from them they will contact me'
They reply back to your emails very quick however i wish 1 member of staff there would take the bull by the horns and ring 'The relevent department' and tell them to send it immediately.0 -
I called lovefilm on Saturday and spoke to someone who said yes I can see you have entered the correct code but you will not get the voucher because you did not put the promotional code in each page (????)
They then asked me to email Lovefilm and I received an email today saying I did not enter the correct code! I am pretty sure I did and they're just trying to fob me off.
I am going travelling at the end of this month and actually only cancelled as a temporary measure until I got back in September. Definately glad I cancelled now, not going back.0
