LOVEFiLM Free Voucher - Anybody else not received theirs after 30 days?

LOVEFiLM Free Vouchers with Free trial... Has anybody else found that Lovefilm want to get out of giving you the voucher if you cancel your account? :mad:

I have been told 5 times across the space of two weeks that I will "get the voucher within 24-48 hours".

Latest I have been told is by Rachel, the so called "Floor Manager" of the cancellation department who won't give me her direct line number... So how do I know she is genuine?

If I don't get the voucher by Sunday I shall be reporting LOVEFiLM to trading standards for misleading customers with incorrect information.

i done the trial for free amazon voucher in early march and i still got nothing through post yet

i really want to buy sumthing from there too

I got a £10 Next voucher through the post quite a while after the trial period, maybe a couple of months. I was starting to wonder when I might receive it, but I got an email to say it had been dispatched too.

I got my £15 Amazon voucher after i sent my 2nd DVD back.

same boat as OP, email three times, cancelled and then was offered another months free line rental and a promise of passing my email about my voucher onto head office.

Any other people in the same boat? Anyone who has had the same problem please submit your complaint to BBC Watchdog. Lets take the Lovefilm scammers down! :money:

i got my £10 arcadia voucher within 2 weeks of 30day trial ending and a previous trial i signed up for few years ago, took 5weeks after trial ended for £10 new look voucher to arrive

I have still not received anything and it is 70 days since they first sent me a dvd. I cancelled before the end of the trial but it took several phone calls and arguments with very insistent love film reps that I did NOT want to be put on a cheaper plan. They tried to con me into believing that I had to cancel 7 days before the end of the contract. The next time I called it had gone down to one day. This lot are con artists. A watchdog campaign seems in order. That's where I've told them I will go if I don't receive my £15 voucher within the next seven days. Anyone want to join me?

I got my £10 M+S voucher before my free trial had finished but I refuse to call them to cancel my account due to the fact I only have a mobile phone and it will cost me an arm and a leg to do so, Ive taken a "payment holiday" and Im just going to cancel the direct debit.
