Boys: Timothy - Stephen - Daniel (hubbys name) - need more!
Girls: Eilish (prounounced: eyelish he hates it lol) - I like coral but wouldn't call a kid that lol. Poppy is nice. Tanya. Larrissa.

    How about the BIG Questions!!

Do we want a boy or girl? Boy for but don't care so longs its healthy! But A) Boys are easier babies ;-) And B: Even little girl should have a big brother to look after her :-D
How many babies do we want in total?! Minimum of 2 for me preferably 4 or more :-D A big happy fun family.

Just waved my OH off on his stag do, less than 2 weeks until the wedding now!!

Rebekah I really am an advocate of any sex as long as it is healthy, I think we would like 2-3, maybe 2 and then a bit of a gap. As if it is that easy lol

OK, feeling slightly better about the sick thing... will try not to worry about it! :)

I've been told that we must have HIS boy first then I'm allowed MY girl! I would prefer it that way round TBH, I had a big brother and loved having someone to watch out for me, and he liked having his little sister to look after. I don't want 3 kids, if we have a third there'll have to be a fourth! OH is the youngest of 3 boys (think he was a last ditch attempt at a girl! ;)) and his middle brother is a complete tool, even at 30-odd he's still desperate for attention all the time, a classic middle child! I'm really not too bothered about what we have first, if it's a girl I've got the perfect princess room planned and if it's a boy it'll be cowboys! I think I'll be feeling a little more nervy about the sex once we're on #2! :)
Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!

Dead easy! Don't you realise when you have 1 there won't be any time for sex!:eek:It becomes a fumble under one of those granny long nighties so that if a kid walks in u can pull it down quick! :rotfl::T

Yea i'm up there on the middle child thing - hence 2 or 4+ lol. My mum is a middle child and even now always wanting the attention - even from her own kids.

We definitely want 2+ I'd like 4, DH is one of three and thinks that's the perfect number! Of course finances/age might not allow. I'm from a big family though, and I love it. My favourite thing is days spent sitting around at home with parents, sisters, husbands, nieces and nephew, just nattering around the dining table, or lazing in the garden. There are 15 of us though, with one more baby on the way already, and soon we won't all fit in the dining room - we'll have to set up a kids table in the kitchen where niece no1 can boss all the littlies around :rotfl:

in terms of boys/girls, i find it hard to imagine having a boy at all. Maybe cos there are so many more girls than boys in my family. I'm with LegalBlonde though, I really don't mind as long as they're healthy and happy. I might change my tune if I end up surrounded by 4 sons though :rotfl:

Eugh. Caesarean is looking more and more attractive. But I doubt my doc will just dole one out lol

    Happy Friday :)

You get the bleeding if you have a Caesarean and possibly more likely to be sick if you have a reaction to the drugs. So there is no easy option.

I've had both natural and Caesaren births and the natural ones are far easier to get over. I was out shopping when my first two were just a few days old. After the Caesarean it took me weeks before I was able to walk far.

This thread moves so fast! So names
Girls: Ava (hubby finally gave in after 2 years of saying it reminded him of "Hitler's missus") - Chloe - Fae
    Boys - .... Maybe Ethan

We have three girls names already picked, with loads more names that we like as well. However, we really seem to struggle with boys names! And it has taken us about three years of talking about babies names to come up with Ethan and we are not even 100% convinced about that!

In terms of boy or girl I don't really mind. When I was younger I just wanted girls but now I honestly don't care, but would like at least one of each. Again, we are a 2 or 4 kinda couple. I think its an even numbers thing for me (thats what you get for being a mathematician!).

RebekahR - your theory that boys are easier babies is not true (at least not always)! My mum had me first, I went through the night at five days old, she took me to the doctors because she thought there was something wrong with my tear ducts because I never cried (there wasn't, I was just a happy baby) & I would eat any food put in front of me.
Then nearly 7 years later along comes my brother. He didn't sleep through the night until he was 2 years old, if he was awake he was crying and he ended up under GOSH for an phobia of food, something which he still struggles with to this day, at 18 years of age. My mum always says, if she had of had my brother first, I would have never been born!
In his defence, he is absolutely wonderful now! And my mum had her problems with me when I was about 19 when my hormones turned me into a crazy b**ch! So its swings and roundabouts really!

Sick in labour..I was:D:D Purely due to the gas & air and as I'd had nothing to eat all day it was purely liquid:j:j and coz I liek things to be clean I even hurled in the loo figured it was less tidying up;)...unfortunately the pressure from being sick made my waters go at the same time:eek: was soooooo funny:rotfl:

Since #1 is a girl I'd like #2 to be a boy but if I'm totally honest I don't really mind(and I'm not just saying that:p)..I love having a baby girl, it's a bit like having a doll:D:D Plus if its a girl next time then I have more ammunition for talking DH into having the 4 I want:D

I'd go for natural over caesarean any day.....I hated the c-section and was soooooooo jealous of everyone else who could look after their babies by themselves straight away:o I had to buzz the midwives if hubby wasn't there:( also a section does not always go to plan!

Hope you all had a fab weekend xx
