    Mortgage-free Glee!
    Hiya A,

She's gorgeous. A great fit and hopefully she's got many years of happiness to look forward to. Great achievement on the upcoming landmark as well. Breaking through £25k is brilliant. I hope that 52p per day isn't grating too much. If you weren't so on the ball with SW, I'd be pushing for mortgage freedom to celebrate losing that 52p with a "free" sweetie of a day...but you are...so I won't.

Incidentally, that's not just doggy heaven - that's Billy heaven. Make the location Vegas and I'd be set for life!

    Cheers,

    Billy

She is a beautiful girl. She looks happy, if that makes sense. Content.

I got to stroke the puppies today. They are doing comedy walking now, and getting big. I took some more piccies.

Your mortgage total is fab. And your daily interest is much lower than mine even if my mortgage is lower. We are adding £1.65 per day here, though determined to make it less really soon.

    Thanks Billy.

You've just made me think about that 52p a day....if I cut out my daily treat of a packet of crisps from the vending machine at work, that would more than cover my mortgage interest each month. Mmm, good for the diet and good for pocket - no brainer then!

I wouldn't be surprised if that new house of yours ends up being in Las vegas - in fact that's a fab idea, then all the MFWs can come and visit!

She does seem quite content Michelle.:D

Would love to see more piccies if you get time to post them. They are just so cute. A friends Shetland pony had a foal during the week and I've just seen the pictures of her and she is adorable and sooo tiny! Baby animals are always gorgeous but when they are extra small they are just too cute!

With the extra expenses of pet insurance, dog food, dog walker etc my overpayments will realistically reduce a bit, but I intend to try and be a bit more careful with utility and grocery bills. I am anyway, but I'm not too strict so I think there is still a little room for improvement. I can certainly use my Amazon vouchers for Christmas and birthday presents instead of treating myself to kindles, etc:o. One area where I will probably save is that I tend to meet a couple of friends for lunch at least once a month (seperately so 2 lunches at least a month). Both of these friends have dogs and we've decided that we will go somewhere nice to walk the dogs and then coffee and cake/biscuit at home afterwards instead.

£1.65 interest a day is still pretty good Michelle. I think I was just remortgaging at the right time and so was very lucky to get offered the mortgage I did.
