I'm currently with Vodafone and due an upgrade. I currently pay £30 a month for 300 mins UL text and 500gb internet.

I phoned upgrades yesterday and was offered 600/UL/UL for £25.54 inc VAT. I saw on the retentions thread that another mser had been offered 300/UL/1gb for £20 which is what I'd ideally like to pay (or less )

Any tips on getting the price down? Anywhere better to go?

I've seen a fairly good deal through dialaphone but how hard is it to claim the cashback?
