    I check my accounts online everyday, just in case and to keep track of whats coming in and going out.
  • If you haven't done already, Invest in a cross cut shredder & make sure everything with any financial details gets shredded once you have finished with it including domestic bills.

    There's a lot to be said for going back to bartering.

    a couple of my friends went on holiday to italy and they use their debit cards over there to pay for a lunch they had. the waiters took it away to pay and brought it back. unsuprisingly a week after they got back thousands were being taken out!!

    i hate HSBC but praised them for retutrning every penny my poot little girlfriends lost!

    What a nightmare, really sorry to hear that, but thank god you checked! :T My husband had something similar after we'd been to Europe this summer but the banks (not Barclays mind you) sorted it all out with no loss to us.

    Hope it's all sorted asap - kind of thing you can really do without :mad:
    If you can't be a good example, be a dire warning :D
