i know, i am really pleased!

If I do a factory restore would i then get back everything i have taken off and lose what i have put on it? and would it just be a basic one or the inital status restore?

Your choice. You can clear everything off and start again, as from the factory.0 -

Basic one? Yes, perhaps there is an option to keep your Documents and Settings, though you may still lose programs. So if you can't be bothered, don't bother.
