Why oh why did I feel drawn to this thread......I have so much stuff but cannot resist
I have now placed 3 orders and have worked out that I have saved over 90 pounds! Looks like people are getting Body shop gift sets for Christmas again

I've never known the Body Shop to refuse a glitch order before and there has been a fair few of them.

I'll phone CS on Monday. I'm definitely not paying the £27.50, nor am I returning the products to store or in the post, as neither option is possible in the next fortnight, so I guess I'll have to make sure that they either cancel the order or refund the £12.50 overcharge.

I'll def. be writing a letter of complaint regardless of what happens with this order, they need to look at their system if they show one price and then charge another without notification!

Just got a dispatch email for one of my orders:j On the dispatch it states that 6 items have been sent so that means WE ARE getting the freebies as my order was for 3 paid items and 3 free items:j

on a slighlty off topic issue but i am hioping you lovely people can help, with TCB -i only just registered to use for this glitch,

..... just realised could have introduced my OH to TCB and done 2nd order on his credit card and earned £2.50 cashback on TCB !!oh well.... could always do a 4th order:D

with quidco you enter your debit card details onto the website for them to make cashback payments into, but I can see a similar system on TCB. Could anyone advise how they actually give you your cashback and whether bodyshop are any good at paying out?

I've just placed an order an it seems to have worked. I spent a total of £20 which gave me free delivery. Entered the discount code and got £5 off. I placed the order and got a confirmation order email of £15. And I used quidco to get 8% cashback.

TIP
Just a quick tip that took me a while to figure out. The free gifts may now show as being free at first. To get them to show as free do the following.

1 Select your three free gifts
2 Select your items you want to order
3 Press on the update button on the free gifts (you may have to press them in a certain order). This will show them as free.

Dont forget to enter the discount code.

I ordered on the 5th and although its tracked through TCB, I have had no email confirming the order, and in the order history its showing as awaiting dispatch still. I want to place another order but I am worried over whether I will get the first one or not.
