Try adding another items for about £5 or £6. The discount should kick in, the freebies all in place and the price will drop. If it doen't work first time, try another item. Or add an item for £2-£3 and increase the number of them until it works. Good luck. It is frustrating though. Updating an item makes all the difference. My order included the hidden gems too.

I found the first order very difficult to do - the next two were too easy so I have to resist doing more!!

Thanks for the advice.
If I increase the number of hand creams in my basket to 7 then I do get the £5 discount and all 3 freebies. However, I don't need 7 of the hand creams, and as soon as I reduce the number then I lose the freebies and the discount!

Think I will give up on this one. With the Body Shop it seems there is always another glitch around the corner, so I think I will hold out for that instead of driving myself round the bend with all this updating!

New I should not have placed a second order.......managed to get my delivery address wrong!! :rotfl:( to excited that it worked a second time!)

I've made up an equation for people to decide whether to use the £5 off £20 voucher or the 20% off code

If 20 < y < £25 then use the £5 off £20

If y > £25 then use the 20% off code

If y = £25 then it doesn't matter which code you use

Has any one ever cancelled an order with BS?

I did one for my Mum and it was so slow I refreshed the screen while waiting for visa verification and it put the price up to £33 :eek:
Obviously I need to cancel..........there is no tracking yet, do i just wait?
