Has any one ever cancelled an order with BS?
I did one for my Mum and it was so slow I refreshed the screen while waiting for visa verification and it put the price up to £33 :eek:Obviously I need to cancel..........there is no tracking yet, do i just wait?
If its more than was previously showing a call to them should sort it - either they give it to you for price you expected or they cancel.Great opportunities to help others seldom come, but small ones surround us every day. -- Sally Koch0 -

I've just had the same happen  Screen clearly showed £15 when I entered my card details, then the order confirmation screen and subsequent email showed £27.50 - not impressed!Despite the name, I'm actually a laydee!0 -
Not cancelled an order - but surely the visa would only take the amount that you authorised originally? Have you checked with 'your account' to see what has been taken?

My card has been charged with the higher amount. How ridiculous that BS can't be contacted until Monday too!Despite the name, I'm actually a laydee!0 -

It seems to be working for me
just about to press the button to pay, what if they take the freebies out during packaging and realise there is a mistake?Even time will never heal these scars0 -
I've made up an equation for people to decide whether to use the £5 off £20 voucher or the 20% off code
If 20 < y < £25 then use the £5 off £20
If y > £25 then use the 20% off code
If y = £25 then it doesn't matter which code you use
That's if y = the total cost of your order - delivery BTW
Key
> means greater than
< means less than
> means greater than or equal to
< means less than or equal to
I have decided to make another 'same smells' collection. After the freebies my basket is showing £15.50 after a discount of £5 off £20 spend. By my calculations I think 20% should give me £4.20 of? Can anyone direct me to 20% off code please. I will then delete my basket and start again lol!0 -

thank you so much for this
Order gone through fine, just hope all gets sent to us now!!Even time will never heal these scars0 -
The 20% off code would give you £4.10 off the £20.50 total, so would be £16.40 to pay. As £5 is higher than £4.10, you are better off sticking with the £5 code, which leaves you with £15.50 to pay
The 20% off code is only a better deal if you are spending over £25- see Mazzini's post for more detailsI have decided to make another 'same smells' collection.
