Not necessarily. When i ordered lots of £20 gift sets during the BOGOHP/30% promotion, my dispatch emails always stated the wrong number for some reason. One of them stated 3, whereas it should have been 4, and the other 3 orders done stated 2 whereas it should have been 4. All items came no problem so don't worry just yet. I'm sure everything will come.
I've held out of ordering this time. The other orders were stuff my mum told me to order as gifts to her family when we go on holiday. (15 gift sets :eek:) I'm tempted to do an order now for myself, but I keep asking myself 'do i really need this?' But it's so tempting...0 -
If you are unsure from your despatched email what has been despatched why not check your account on Body Shop website, it should list each item as despatched.0

Well I've just printed out my three orders (one showing dispatched) so I have evidence if there is any problem. All the free items are clearly shown as being part of my orders - so if there are any problems they can collect the whole lot back!Great opportunities to help others seldom come, but small ones surround us every day. -- Sally Koch0

I had a despatch email and it says 6 items so definitely includes the free ones. I ordered quite soon after this thread started (I think it had only been up a couple of hours at the time) and got my email yesterday.0
