Each person gets a certain length of time to answer, once a buyer opens a dispute the seller will be contacted & asked for their opinion, the buyer gets the response sent to them & may be asked for follow up, from what I can remember.

Just had a message from Ebay asking if I have heard from the seller ???, which I have not !, and do I now want to escalate the case ??, which I have said I do !, and put in the same details as before i.e faulty zip, stain on dress, not cleaned.....said they will get back to me within 48 hours .....I didnt relalise that I was waititng for the seller to respond to me ???, I thought I was waiting for Ebay !....still not long to wait now

Just thought I would let everyone know that i have had a "few" e-mails from Ebay !....I have won the dispute and I have to return the dress for a full refund :j:j:j, they have sent me a prepaid postage label too !, not sure how that works but will try to print it out !!....I have also had a reply from the seller saying they have been away and thought they had until the 15th to reply ??, and of course they will refund me, and are unsure what to do now !!!!.....never mind I am off to package the dress up and once I get my money back I will leave "negative stars" !!!.....my thanks once again to everyone for "listening" and advice :beer::T:)
