Check out https://www.e7even.com they have a great offer on at the moment 1m for the price of 512kbps and 2M for the price of 1M.
Look here to save an extra tenner too !To infinity and beyond!0 -
As a customer praising e7even in the past, it hurts me to advise to stay away from them for a couple of months at least as they are having some major upgrade problems. I feel guilty about referring some many people to them when times were good but with their reason slowdown and poor customer service, Im gonna migrate away from them and pay a little bit extra more reliable service.0

I applied for Tesco broadband in the second week of February and I too got the message that they were waiting for BT to increase the capacity in my area. Then on the 22nd I had an email saying the work was complete, followed shortly be another email saying they were unable to provide broadband due to "there are incompatible rented products on the line". As this was a new line provided by BT I was a bit confused, spoke to Tesco who said I would need to speak to BT. Spoke to BT who said there didn't seem to be any problem with the line and it was controlled by BT Wholesale so Tesco would need to speak to them. Spoke to Tesco this morning and after being transferred around and patronised (I do not want Tesco anymore!) someone explained that for legal reasons they weren't able to speak to BT to get the product removed from the line and I would have to ask BT again. Whether this product is a previous broadband connection I don't know, but surely any products should have been cleared by BT when they re-provided the line?!
So I'm a bit lost too.0 -
Interesting fact for you all after I've spent most of the day on the phone... Tesco broadband is provided by ntl!0

Interesting fact number 2, turns out Tesco double ordered it so the 'products' message was caused by them despite 5 other calls saying the contrary. I said I didn't want Tesco any more and they said you'll have to pay a fee to leave, or stay and have a free month. Free month please!
Verdict = same as ntl, it's an ok service just as long as nothing goes wrong.0
