In 3 out of the last 5 ive had circa 10%.

In one of the last 5 ive had a pay freeze(during the same time I negotiated an increase in ER pension contributions from 5% to 15%....:-D...)

    overall, can't complain!

I will let you use the two 0-1.99% options. Either one, I am feeling kind. :)

You are kind! Can I use one for one job, & the other for the 2nd job?:D

Last year there were no automatic payrises for everyone, but this year we saw a rise of 3%.

However, in the past two years I've had two additional 'key talent retention' pay rises; each being 10%.

Was in line for 3-5% but our pay increases got pulled at the 11th hour

If it wasn't for the 5 figure bonus at Xmas I would have been peeved...

I put my fees up this year (rather, my senior clerk did) by 15%. I've just hit 10 years' call to the Bar, and they hadn't gone up for a while.

    I havn't got a proper job.

As I invested some money in silver stuff I have about a 100% increase, but as I also did some less successful things, it'll probably end up flat.

My main income is from rents, and as I havn't increased or decreased any of those I guess 0% is my answer.

    4% COL.

We all took a cut in 2009, which was restored in stages back to where it was previously a few months ago - then got the 4% on top backdated to the start of the year. Not sure whether to ask for more at the mo!

Up 25% but that was due to moving jobs rather than an employer actually awarding me a pay rise.
