Problems with Aviva Site

Can anyone help me with the Aviva site, I am trying to purchase the quote I was given yesterday. I am able to input the code to retrieve it then when I try to make the payment there is no option to progress further. I've put in my card details but there is nothing to press to submit them. Has anyone done this recently?
I called them earlier and they said to keep trying, they offered to put the quote through over the phone, but I'm doing it through Quidco so I want the cashback. I also was talking to someone on the live chat help, but as soon as the 8 o'clock closing time came round they went off.
Part of me says forget it, but they are the best quote I have, after searching for sometime.
Can anyone help?

Take the time before the site is fixed to read up on their "service" (here and across the net).

You might feel this is divine intervention!!

Lucky you. I get the impression, from here and elsewhere, that Aviva are the Santander of insurers! ;)

I have to say that my experience of Aviva has been horrific and I too would look on it as divine intervention and look elsewhere. Very often the cheapest quote is cheapest because you don't get as good a level of cover as with other policies. Aviva policies are full of clauses that they use to avoid paying out

My thoughts exactly. Aviva = Asprea = crooks. Don't do it.:)

Aviva policies have no more clauses in than any other insurer. From my point of view dealing with almost every company in the UK there are far worse policies you can take out.

    There may be.

But that isn't the issue with Aviva!

The issue is their "service" and of course Asprea!

(Though their clause imposing an extra compulsory excess should you wish to use your right to use your own choice of repairer is pretty bad)

Their service maybe an issue, but the comment was in regards to vshopper implying you shouldn't take out a policy with them because of their lack of coverage.

I have been in the process of comprehensively checking through policy documents recently for comparison purposes and the wording in their policy documents is much tighter than other companies. The stuff to look out for is not just in the exclusions sections but in the rest of the small print in sections like how they manage claims. I guess that's pretty much to be expected since they just about the largest insurer and so have more claims experience to draw upon but its certainly something that puts me off - particularly if problems have already been experienced before you even sign up.

And, yes there is the issue of their customer service and having to deal with Asprea in the event of a claim to take into account.
