maybe i will try the link later, but i reported them to phonepayplus.

i will havce to keep the kids off my phone now due to this !!!!!! game, its something kids dont what to see.

I'm really not a fan of premium rate SMS services, but I don't think they've done anything wrong here except for a bit of human error which they've corrected.
Looking at their replies to your messages which you've not posted you seem to be accusing them of fraud straight away and they've tried to help and provided you with a download link to the game you've paid for (plus you've managed to get a freebie hentai game :D), they've corrected whatever was going with their site so you can now download your farming game (and so can many other people) so they've provided you with the service you've paid for then you've turned around and asked for a refund.

    Hi

not interested now, just refund me with immediate effect.

I have passed the email you sent to trading standards and ofcom.

trading standards called me as they tried the link on a phone and also go the “Sex Xonix Hentai” game, so they are going to complete a report on you issuing sex games when not ordered.

    Hello.
Thanks to some of our customers we figured out, that this short number no longer works, so we chanded it.
There is no fraud, just a little neglect. Apologize for this.

Please open this link on your phone to download your game:

This link is for downloading an exact game - Farm Frenzy, that you've purchased.
If it leads you to the main page of the site, that means only that you've made a mistake in typing. Please be careful, nobody is trying to deceive you.

You are talking about something very strange. There is no way you could download another game.
Can you tell me your phone number, we'll send you a link with sms.

    @Wintermute,

Like you I am also not a great fan of PR SMS service, being the victim of one of their scams, but you seems to miss the bigger picture here.

How many other mobile phone users like Easyhost have downloaded this game from the original short code and found a sex game? How may are children? We will never know.

Even though PP+ are as useless as a chocolate tea pot, being financed by the same industry they are suppose to regulate doesn't help, this is one 'mistake' that they cannot ignore. Or can they?

There are safeguards in place that companies have to employ to try to avoid youngsters being able to obtain sex material. Error or not they have failed. The Content provider is outside the EU so they will not be bothered by PP+ (much like most of the UK content providers really) but the service providers, being MIG or TxtNation, also share responsibility and PP+ can or should act against them.

If they do or not depends on whether Easyhost makes a complaint and PP+ acts upon it.

I would also take this matter up with your network and don't let them fob you off as they can take up to 50% of the fee you have paid for the game.
