The people in front did get there discount as they complained, and (so did i to a degree) and everyone else got there discount afterwards (the manager was calling someone about the price and had to override this).

Now here is my problem i thought i had got 4 four games one of them is boxed as "wii play game included" hence why i thought i had 4 games, but i only got one lot of discount

renegade74 i went in looking for the tv then saw the signs for the wii, so i waited for one (i also called my m8 and told him about it) they gave everyone in the line a dvd box with a label in it. I think they sold out by 21.30 as they only had 27 of them. We were told that they were the only store in the area with them, and there was even a Mr T's employee in line having traveled down to this store to get one.

Just out of interest, what are the prices of the wii/games?

The games were £39.97 and the wii was £179.97

I would think the discount not coming off may be caused by them starting to sell the games too early, I think they should have waited til after midnight to start selling them. Maybe the price database hadnt been updated to knock off the discount, will be interesting to see if the discount still isnt working tomorrow (or later today, whatever)

what tescos had stock of the wii, i went to one that had been promised stock but 10 mins to 9pm was told they weren't getting any. lots of unhappy customers at 11 lol

Um...no...they haven't. Most of them have either not received it or have not put it on sale.
