had forgotten about these. remembered having trawled thread 15. i think you have balls of steel, as i said earlier. i would do it myself, but becoming disillusioned with the amount of mis-prices i read here, but miss out on. unfortunately i dont have the time to spend hrs in tesco, as the OH moans alot, and i have to work.

just seemed a bit too good to be true with the recent xbox fiasco that they could !!!! up more high price items.

i will give credit where credit is due and u get it on the golden/platinum/diamond R&R's. wouldn't have the bottle on that 1 as don't fancy a manager callin me bluff for fraud.

as far as i see it they made the rules and were staying inside them with straight r&R's.

i have got a question though. if any of our products break down can/will we be entitled to a replacement/repair????

just a thought.

you should have manufacurers guarantee inside the box. most ask for you to send in warranty card with copy of receipt from store. this will not affect your statuatory rights should the item become faulty within 12 months ( i thinks, could be longer).

also, tesco would have to repair/replace nder their warranty and statuatory rights. the r&r can in no way be used as a get out. discussed this the other night. tesco refund your money as a buy off to stop you going to TS and reporting them

I was thinking along a similar line, which would essentially mean non-food items, but they are limited to.................... one.
