yes, I have been sticking to my local store - will have to try a little further afield. Can't wait for my first R&R though, hope it's before Xmas;)

Agreed-I'm off to my parents tomorrow and haven't hit them for an r&r with them before (still so new to this) so I'm really excited about what I might get! I'm gonna try and get as much as possible as it's over 200 miles away. Wish me luck

sorry! - do you have to write an address and postcode down when you get an R+R, like you do in most stores whn you get a refund?

some jsut give u the refund some aske for full name and address
some ask for house number and postcode
