also, while im posting, how do people get on with the smaller tesco stores (tesco express are they?) ?

do they even have a CS desk in the smaller ones?

How many stores have self scan and can anybody tell me if there is one in the B'Leys store in Leicester and if so where is it?

Try at the ciggie counter generally CS desk there.

Never had a misprice in one but they dont have cs etc.. think checkout operator deals with queries there though! or calls supervisor on duty. hth
