I'm sure you won't want to hear this but the store i work at it is now a high priority not to overcharge - We even 'rumble' sections of the store to ensure our lables are correct

    found it
i'm not going back on what exactly i said (i cant be arsed) but i said something about the misprices and he said that in his store his staff are actively seeking out misprices and correcting them and rumbling whatever that means.
a few posts later he mentioned a very high incorrect price in his store a possible overcharge
why would he make the two statements under the same breath?

To be totally honest, the last 7 or 8 pages have made me feel like that. If I wanted to read conversations between tesco employees about how much room they have in their warehouses etc. I'd have gone to the verylittlehelps (or whatever it is) site.
    Missing Tesco R&R since Feb '07 :A & now a "Tesco veteran" apparently! ;)

    i agree too
  • Bit off subject but have you noticed on the DVD and CD displays most of the sels are in the wrong place,
All the same titles stacked up wrong sel
So I have started as well if I find a overcharge with a sticker i.e. the Simpson’s I will not take all of them one of each yes, but not six of each, so the other five I will move around the display to give other
R & Rs a chance to grab one, if you just leave five in place CS will take them and remove the stickers, it makes since, and after all you know you can always go back for afters then dinner and even supper.

Wow, what an interesting thread, despite being a zillion miles off at a tangant.

I agree with MUNT, TescoEmployee has been a revelation, referring back to his first post I am an employee at Tesco and i just want to say a massive thank you for all the above information - I have alerted head office and will be monitoring this forum and e-mail out to all stores whenever there seems to be a pricing problem so that it can be recitified.

This forum is complete abuse of the Tesco refund system so i must say THANK YOU once again for all the detailed information regarding refunds, clubcard scams etc, - I look forward to reading your messages and e-mailing action to take to all Tesco stores in the UK.

it is difficult to believe that this is the same person, making rational intelligent and articulate comments.

Whether it should be on this thread is another matter.

May I also just ask Leadhead a question, what is a troll - is it an employee, or an anti r&r'er, you seem to mention them an awful lot.

This is a debate forum so I say welcome to employees, the more time they spend reading this, the less time they have fixing misprices!

I too agree with both you and MUNT.....on todays performance it looks like TescoEmployee has matured.......but

Why leave a post about MASSIVE OVERCHARGE POSSIBILITY.

Up till this point, as you say "it is difficult to believe that this is the same person, making rational intelligent and articulate comments."

    I applaud him for this.....

Its the final comment that concerns me.....Why leave it....

Re .........May I also just ask Leadhead a question, what is a troll - is it an employee, or an anti r&r'er, you seem to mention them an awful lot.

In my opimion, and the way my use of the word is intended....

It is someone(anyone) who persists in an opinion or view that can be proved to be untrue, or someone who posts just to cause confrontation.

Examples of this are constant aggresive views from the same person that RandRing is illegal....even after proving it is not.

The posts that accused us of stealing, defrauding, and being low life for RandRing....also attracted a "Please dont feed the troll" post from me.

It isn't someone who just has a different opinion.

It isn't someone that disagress with what we do.

    Hope this answers your post.

I too agree with MUNT on most of todays views, its only the latter ones by TescoEmployee that make me wonder whether it was a "baiting" post.......I cant see any other explanation.
    Couponing....."every little hurts"

Half of the people can be part right all of the time, Some of the people can be all right part of the time.
But all the people can't be all right all the time. .........I think Abraham Lincoln said that.
"I'll let you be in my dreams if I can be in yours, "I said that............................ Bob Dylan 1963

Is this a sign of too much R&R'ing?

Was in tescos doing a normal shop (didnt have time to get any R&R) and when seeing a familiar face I instinctively smiled and was about to say "hi" when I realised the reason I knew her was she was the CS lady at that store who happened to be off duty shopping!

    Nearly a major oops!

    Lol

Oh, and I saw some fancy beer tap at home in electricals yellow SEL down from £89.?? to £79.?? expired 3/12 - didnt have time to scan to check soz
