Hi, I used this voucher through staffed tills along with other health and beauty money off and on bogof items no problem. Didn't r&r so can't help there.

Have Tescos got wii games yet, will be back r&ring when they have a good selection. Getting plenty of discount at the moment on toiletries thanks to health and beauty vouchers - being paid to take it away plus points.

I have an issue with an overcharge that CS Dundee are refusing to honour.

I can't say too much about it, but all will be revealed in due course (the R&R wouldn't be available now anyway, so there's no rush for you all to know).

I had a similar problem. I mailed Sir T stating what happened and after chasing last night giving them till COB today before I escalated to TS and send my press release to the media. I got an email back sayig go back to store for full refund:-)

Now deliberating if I want more than this because of the embarressment factor.

Bit of a result re first experience. Got a response to my email to Sir T threatening TS and press release. It offered a full refund, I am now thinking about this as the whole experience perhaps warrants more than this.

I sent my 7 day demmand to HO, it arrived with them today, so I will sit tight and wait now.

I hit your "thanks" button instead of the "quote" button....but you are welcome to it, as this might be all you end up with.

I certainly would have gone and picked up my refund before threatening them in this manner.

Its not beyond them to go back on their word and cancel their original solution.

You misunderstand. I have 2 conflicts with them, two seperate stores and two different issues.

1. Refused R&R for meat purchases, I was accosted by two managers by CS desk accusing me of being dishonest. Mailed Sir T with copy of proposed press release and saying I would go to TS. Gave them till 5pm today, got response promising full refund. I am now considering if I accept this or ask for more given the intimidating and insulting behaviour of their staff.

2. Bought champers from Extra store with 25% sign still up. Disocunt refused by store, then my CS at HO. As, at this time I had not had a response from Sir T I wrote 7 day demmand for full refund or else Small claim and TS.

Why are you so keen to elevate your status to the top of the Tesco radar?

A fight over an xbox 360 or another high value item, yes it's worth the risk, but meat ..... I've got loads in the freezer if you're desperate

Honestly mate, save the threats of court for a real biggie R&R

That would have been me, its an awful game, very disappointing!

Boring from the start, it just gets worse with a camera that never follows you so you cant see what you're doing most of the time, I didnt even bother playing past the second level.

Best exchanged for a decent game IMO (Dead rising is great if you havent got it already)
