Barclays Initial

I just applied and said we would be intouch for the initial, is that a decline? I have one default sept 05, july 05, june 05 Twenty minutes later Strange just had a call from their fraud department, to ensure I was applying? Said I would get a letter in the post, any ideas?

I was accepted for BC initial with a CCJ around 4 1/2 years old...

Initial limit : £400 (Oct 2009)
New Limit : £800 (May 2010, un-requested)
Refused Increase on asking (Oct 2010)
New Limit £2300 (May 2011, un-requested)
