That sounds so lovely! I'm glad you really focussed and actually did it.
Everywhere was quiet mainly locals around had a bit of a mooch and was very surprised at the very expensive tat for sale which people are obviously buying I think being on MSE for so long makes you think everyone shops the way we do but obviously not - need to find a line of expensive tat to sell to gullible people
That statement is *incredibly* important - home made expensive tat! Yes :j:j:j
Funny tum yesterday and today and my little girl is off school with sickness and the runs as is her teacher so housebound and beginning to panic about Christmas relatives coming next week and need to have purchased and wrapped all presents and so far have zilch although I am bidding on some games on ebay (30 mins to go) for my littlies which would be ace if I get them. So really need to get to the shops with my vouchers points cards etc. to blitz the present list which at the moment is just a list of names no presents  so thinking Friday needs to be C day shop till I drop and get at least the presents that need to go away still waiting for Mr. T's toy catalogue but once that comes should be simple as long as stuff is not out of stock and I can get it delivered to my local store so fairly easy. Getting some ideas for my eldest daughter and have asked eldest son to make a list and bring it with him when he comes home next weekend as not seeing him regularly I am short of ideas for him. I will be so much happier when this is done.
Uh oh. I have nothing to contribute here except positive vibes, sorry!
**vibes strongly at DT in deep positivity**
Moneywise things are looking good have taken a booking for the villa which will cover expenses this month and the cost of the new advert so that's good other than that quiet on the money front at least being housebound means I am not spending unless I see some more bargains on ebay of course
A booking at the villa! Excellent :j

My Mum is buying me clothes for Christmas and I did see a cardigan during Monday's mooch which was a bit different and not mega expensive but the bit that made it different was in the wrong place for my outstanding assets when I tried it onand I knew that Souk would not have allowed me to buy it so back on the rack it went
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:she's proud of you, I know she is :T2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
I didn't get the games but I will have to keep my eye out for more at least it has made it a NSD I am watching something else though on ebay that I don't need but would like
the frustrating thing is that they sell really cheap in the US but the postage makes them expensive and there is only one for sale in the UK and one that sold a week ago went for silly money - now if I only knew someone who was going to the states with an empty suitcase I could make a killing :money:

No but it was a close run thing it was the only shop I went into I was there hours and hours  but I did good :T:T:T
Still need to go to M *** S on Monday for a few hamper bits with my vouchers and there are a couple of things I need to order online but other than that all presents are bought except for the 5 children, the three little ones are no problem and I have bought home two catalogues for my kids to ring over the weekend so online order will be going in next week with vouchers.
My oldest daughter I have a few ideas for sadly I will have to spend real money and also for my oldest son who is bringing me a list next week when he comes home as their wishes don't fall into voucher categoriesBut other than that I have spent very little real money and by the time I am paid back for presents I have bought for others with vouchers the rest of my Christmas presents have cost me nothing so I am very very happy :T:T:T:T:T
So Christmas is now on track
Squirrels KC???????????? I am obviously being very thick

Sorry, confused and confuddled. 5 children?? I take it that includes foster child? Do SS or parent provide anything?Debts at LBM - Mortgages £128497 - non mortgage £27497 Debt now £[STRIKE]114150[/STRIKE][STRIKE]109032[/STRIKE] 64300 (mortgage) Credit cards left 0

Yes that does include foster child and in fact that reminds me I haven't got anything for my older foster child who is with us this weekend who is difficult to buy for he is 16 now but much younger emotionally. We get some help with our younger foster child but not for the older one because he is not with us permanently. We also buy something for my older foster child's brother and sister so they need to be added to the list  so much for being sorted
Missed the end of qualifying had a meeting  but OH passed on the news. Tomorrow I get to see the race be he doesn't as he has three Remembrance Day services to do so he will have to watch the highlights.
Casting day for the nativity play tomorrow not a task I look forward to

DTxx:o:o I couldn't work it out myself for a moment ... what was I thinking ????
Then I realised it was just a thing about "what is this life if full of care, we have no time to stop and stare".... you know the one ... I mean, I love watching cats, but not everybody does, so nearly everybody loves squirrels, happy little things.
Thats all
Hope today goes well :kisses3:2023: the year I get to buy a car0
