    We were busy all day yesterday, so now I have 2 days into 1! However, I gave the kitchen a really good blitz last week, so should have time to concentrate on clearing at least part of the living room.

    Monday - Sitting Room and Hallway
    Level One
    [STRIKE]Open the windows and turn on some music![/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]Dust/polish grubby glass and mirrors and pictures.[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]Declutter the chairs, floor and fireplace[/STRIKE]
    Level Two
    [STRIKE]Vacuum the floor now it is visible[/STRIKE]
    Pile all hotspots into one heap and sort through it all.. File/shred as appropriate
    Clean and defluff the fire.. arrange for chimneys to be swept if necessary and services!
    Level Three
    [STRIKE]Vacuum under any furniture you can.. please don't injure yourselves![/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]Wipe sofas and dusty places[/STRIKE]
    HHC in the hallway.. sort those coats and shoes and mess!! Clear out handbags and schoolbags!

    Extras
    1. Freshen up any soft furnishings
    2. Binbag dance... grab a bag fill it and fling it!
    [STRIKE]Check insurance policies/tax/mot etc to see when the renewals are up!
    [/STRIKE]
    1. Wipe the woodwork in these areas
    Tuesday ~ Kitchen and Dining room
    Level One
    [STRIKE]Declutter and mop/vacuum floor
    Clear and wipe work surfaces[/STRIKE]
    Level Two
    [STRIKE]Wipe units and large appliances[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]Give one small appliance a good clean![/STRIKE]

    Clean through the cupboard full of food.. what needs using soon?

    2. Wipe down all the paintwork

    WM on, DW emptied and back on a cleaning cycle. Started on the DR, and have just found the desk under the hot spot :o

    Also rang the dentists and arranged check ups for half term - has been on my to do list for months :o:o

    Good morning and welcome to all the new flyladies.

    I completed my 20 mile training walk on Sunday. We walked from Island Gardens (River Thames) to Waltham Abbey (M25). It very nearly did me in. I have an inch and half blister that I'm nursing and my knee injury has flared up again so I'm going to put some ice on it for 10 mins then tackle the HHC's with a vengance as the house is in a right state.

    I'm going to do back to back HHC's 11 to 11.30 and 11.30 to 12 if anyone would like to keep me company.
