I don't seem to find online facility to monitor my balances on this card. Am I right in saying that it is only thru telephone and paper statement that I will know my current balance?

You access through the Co-op website. Just enter your 16 digit card number and 4 digit PIN. YB thanks a lot. I've emailed them S&S and received a reply today that they are not offering such service at the moment but something that they are looking at the future.
I thought about it through Co-op website as I hold an account with them more than a year ago and they have such facility. (online access)
