I have just rang customer services and spoke to Jacky. She said that you enter your details in price check and email the details of the refund to them with all details such as address, name etc and they will send a gift card to the same value (doubling the difference).
When I asked her how long they are honouring it for, she said as long as people are asking for double the difference but according to the price cap and monthly limit!!!
It seems the reply changes according to who answers the phone!

Just an added thought.
I still have 2 vouchers near the £20 mark, and if I used one (or both) I could get the suncream for next to nought, and the email to Tesco CS will only give them the link to my TD voucher screen so they can validate the amount to send me by way of Giftcard, so even better way of turning a voucher into a giftcard and retaining some element of the DTD scheme.I didn't do it, nobody saw me do it, you can't prove a thing!
